Hooker Contracting has worked extensively with owners and design teams in pre-construction providing design assistance, cost estimating, and constructibility reviews.  Where appropriate and when requested by the client, we have acceted as a design builder.

In every project, we strive to act as a team player along with the architect and engineerng team to meet the Owner's needs on a particular project.  The TEAM CONCEPT has been utilized for the successful design and construction of projects in order to "fast tract" their completion.
