Hooker Contracting has worked extensively with owners and design teams in pre-construction providing design assistance, cost estimating, and constructability reviews.  Where appropriate and when requested by the client, we have acted as a design builder.

In every project, we strive to act as a team player along with the architect and engineering team to meet the Owner's needs on a particular project.  The TEAM CONCEPT has been utilized for the successful design and construction of projects in order to "fast track" their completion.
